Keyboard Problem

So guys, there have been a lot of calls about keyboard problems.  This is most likely the solution.  Please read this email.  If this does not fix it then feel free to send us feedback or give us a call.

I don’t know if you checked this but next to EN (English) there is a Keyboard icon if you click there you will notice a keyboard option that says Turkish if that is checked you will be able to reproduce what is outlined in the message below.

 

We will try to get that option out so people does not mess with it.

The Widstoe lab has been having a few keyboard issues today...

 

Computer 1-10, when you press the "." button, it types a french cedilla symbol (Microsoft Word)

 

Computer 3-8, when you press the "i" key, it types out a short vertical bar, and when you type shift apostrophe (for quotation marks) it comes out as the letter i (Mozilla Firefox)

 

I checked the languages on both computers, they were both set to English.
