From the OCs:
Please remember to use the ID card look up access you all should have to check people’s IDs. This is important when they don’t have a card with them and would like to print something off. Also, if you do not have this access, please email the OCs and we will request it for you.
If there are classes on the calendars for the SWKT and the teacher and students do not come, please do not worry about it. It is common for teachers to not use the rooms every single week, but they can still tentatively schedule the rooms for the entire semester. You do not need to email the OCs if a class does not show up. If a professor wants to cancel or reschedule a class for a different time, please have them call the OCs. Also, please do not ever write anything in on the class room calendars. If changes need to be made, please contact the OCs. Our schedules should be accurate, but if a professors comes claiming that he or she had scheduled a room, please let them use the room if it is available, and then have them call the OCs to get them put on the calendar.
Please know that just flagging your punches or sending the OCs an email will not actually change your timecard. You must submit edit requests on the internal webpage.

I will be putting more training classes up this week, so watch for those (think Thursday)! Also, my wife is pregnant. Yes! As of tomorrow evening, I will be out of the country. If you have questions, continue to e-mail me and I will respond from the future… If it is an emergency, e-mail me and call the OCs. They will be able to answer most questions.
